The show was taped in Chicago.
Guest host Negin Farsad led the episode recorded for Oct. 31, 2026. Alzo Slade served as judge and scorekeeper. The Not My Job guest was actor and director John Turturro, star of The Only Living Pickpocket in New York. Panelists were Hari Kondabolu, Paula Poundstone, and Faith Salie.
Turturro spoke with Farsad about his new film, then played a game called "Pickpocket, meet Hot Pocket." The game used three questions about Hot Pockets. Turturro answered those questions.
Slade's segments included Who's Alzo This Time, covering the politics of cheesecake, trick or treating on a budget, and finding the perfect man for companionship and patio furniture. He also read three news-related limericks: It's A Small Series After All, Gluttony is Back, and Squeezable Charcuterie.
The panel played two games. Panel Questions asked contestants to identify which of three stories about people finding unlikely companionship was true. Bluff The Listener presented three accounts of someone getting game-changing advice, one of which was true. Other segments included Lightning Fill In The Blank, described as all the news we couldn't fit anywhere else, and a predictions round in which panelists were asked what the next surprising romance movie would be after Wicker.
