President Donald Trump held 28 consecutive days of campaign events before pausing to assess his vocal condition. He told a crowd in Daytona Beach, Florida, on Friday that his voice is operating at 49.2% capacity.

The President is currently supporting Republican Senate candidates in the Carolinas who he selected personally. Darline Graham runs in South Carolina, and Michael Whatley runs in North Carolina. Both candidates have struggled to generate high energy among party voters in their respective states.

Trump has held more than 25 rallies in October alone. These events took place primarily in red states where Republican nominees face political headwinds. The official goal is to secure victories for the party, but the schedule has taken a physical toll on the President.

At a recent gathering in Greenville, North Carolina, Trump asked the audience to treat him as if he were still a candidate. He argued that Democrats want to undo the tax cuts and border policies established by his administration. He asked voters to imagine his presence on the ballot because his legacy depends on the midterm results.

The Republican National Committee announced on Thursday that Trump would cancel two in-person rallies planned for Iowa and Kansas. The party initially replaced these events with tele-rallies to reach voters efficiently. Less than 24 hours later, the RNC confirmed the in-person events would proceed. Both rallies are now scheduled for Sunday.

A source familiar with the scheduling change said the President loves his supporters. The source noted that Trump will hold back-to-back rallies in Kansas and Iowa on Sunday in addition to nearly 20 tele-rallies. The source was not authorized to speak on the record.

Supporters continue to travel across the country to attend these final midterms rallies. Blake Marnell, a San Diego resident known as Mr. Wall, attended the event in Greenville. Marnell took the entire month of October off work to attend rallies. He described the experience as a personal tour of the country for the Trump faithful.

Cindy New of Emerald Isle, North Carolina, attended her first live Trump rally in Greenville. She has voted for Trump three times but had never seen him in person before this tour. She described the event as a one-time opportunity to see the President up close before the next election cycle.
